Sponsorships are key!
Our first two McKinney Día de los Muertos celebrations were a huge hit and our sponsors were phenomenal! Sponsorships are what empowered us to make this celebration happen and we hope to have many of them return this year. We had 3,000 attend in 2021, 5,000 in 2022 and we’re expecting 7,500 for 2023! McKinney’s Chamber Foundation is our sponsoring non-profit organization and all donations are tax deductible. Sponsorship payments are due by September 1st to be included in all marketing materials and to guarantee booth availability.
Donations may be in the form of a financial or in-kind contribution. In-kind contribution may include t-shirts for volunteers, rental equipment, art and craft supplies, or any other items needed to manage and produce this event. This event is very popular and a sponsorships are a wonderful way to show your support of the community!

Stage Sponsor $7,500 (Title Sponsor)
Our stage sponsors support all our entertainment at McKinney Día de Los Muertos! They will receive:

Hourly mentions during the event from the stage and 3 minutes on stage to speak about their organization
Top billing with logo on all advertising, including website, social media, main stage signage, posters, and event t-shirts

Our La Catrina sponsors support our Catrina booth and Catrin/Catrina Contest. They will receive:

Sponsorship Application
Our Sponsor application is open! If you’d like to become a sponsor, please fill out this form to let us know. If we do not have your form, payment and logo before September 1, 2024, we will not be able to include you in our marketing materials. Once we receive your application, we will respond with availability and payment information for your donation. Thank you!
